Joey Seeman’s journey with Nova Echo began as he sought innovative ways to enhance sales for real estate agents through a marketing agency, only to encounter limitations in traditional lead-handling. Upon discovering conversational voice AI, Joey saw the future: “As soon as I realized that it was possible to have an AI do the entire sales process over the phone for a human... I was like, okay, this is the future.” Driven by this vision, he took out a loan and went all in, leaving behind the agency world to forge Nova Echo as a cutting-edge AI solution.

The vision behind Nova Echo is ambitious yet clear: Joey aims to build the company rapidly, with plans to exit within three to five years. His focus remains on expanding the team and perfecting technology. The goal is, as Joey puts it, to “continue to bring on more and more clients and treat them better than we ever have before,” ultimately creating a platform trusted by enterprises globally.

The spark that ignited Joey’s journey was a fascination with AI and an unyielding belief in its potential to revolutionize business. Joey recalls how his mother’s encouragement to work for himself and “do things now instead of waiting” laid the groundwork for his relentless drive. For Joey, Nova Echo represents a blend of passion and purpose—he is not just creating a product but pioneering a new way for companies to interact with their clients in real-time.
