Position Summary
103st is a venture media outlet dedicated to connecting founders with investors. We have built an extensive CRM of venture capitalists to streamline deal flow and facilitate successful fundraising. Our process starts with Fund Finder, our top-of-funnel platform for sourcing high-quality startups. From there, we offer consulting services that provide warm introductions to VCs, culminating in closing deals. Using our established systems, you will strategically match startups with the right investors, ensuring a smooth progression from introduction to financing. Success fees are structured based on milestones such as entering due diligence and securing funding, which will be outlined below.
Your Role With 103st
Joining the 103st team as an intern means you'll be at the heart of our venture media community. You'll personally connect with founders who are bringing their dreams to life, helping guide their startups through our fundraising process, and using our CRM to match them with investors who could change their trajectory forever.
You'll have a seat at the table during our intimate weekly conversations with VCs, where you'll get to champion startups you believe in. This isn't just an internship – it's your chance to directly influence which innovations get funded while building relationships that could define your career.

Minimum Deal Size: $500,000
Outreach

$100 for every startup brought into the funnel that utilizes 103st’s consulting services.

Sales/Deals

2.5% success fee for taking a startup from outreach to closing a deal.

1.5% success fee for selecting a startup from our database and securing financing.
