Executive Summary

Orga AI is the AI that sees, hears, and speaks to you in real time via video call. It was co-founded in Palma de Mallorca by two young people, aged 16 and 28. Orga can respond to you in less than 3 seconds with a realistic voice. The idea started in January 2024, motivated by the need to fix the monotony and lack of naturalness with which humans interacted with AI through chat interfaces.

Two months later, we discovered a technique that allows for unprecedented optimization of real-time video, enabling it to see and hear rapidly. In May 2024, we completed the prototype of the Orga system (1): becoming the first European startup to achieve and showcase this. Now, we offer our technology through a web app and API services for developers.

We will keep all our innovations open source and open code. Our mission is for technology to not limit us or keep us tied to a screen, but instead to empower us to become the best versions of ourselves.

Growth Strategy 

We plan to launch an API that allows businesses to integrate our product easily. Our monetization strategy will focus on building a tool that enables the open source community to improve and train Orga using our resources. The goal is to offer the best user experience for companies that don’t want to fully rely on cloud storage but also don’t want to hire specialists to manage everything in-house.
